Rachael Burnside from Bath, Somerset, has been selected as one of Cycling UK's 100 Women in Cycling announced on 23 November.

Every year the 100 Women in Cycling list celebrates inspirational women who are encouraging others to experience the joy of cycling.

Rachael Burnside has been nominated as a cycle influencer her work as the business and marketing director of SHIFT Active Media, a marketing agency dedicated to cycling, where she has set up Uplift to support more women in the cycling industry.
